Craft | The Divided Kingdom

The Idea: Recreate how (and why) the land of Israel was divided between Rehoboam and Jereboam. (target 4-7 yr olds).

V 1.2 NOTE: An astute Bible student pointed out an important error on version 1.1.  My craft said that the calves were in Dan and Beersheba. This is incorrect. The golden calves were in Dan and Bethel. I've now fixed this error on the site and in the documentation.

"From Dan to Beersheba" is a Biblical phrase essentially meaning "from the top to the bottom of settled Israel," but has little to do with this project! It looks like my wires got crossed when I was putting this together! Apologies to all my fellow Bible students, young and old!
